Delegates are cordially invited to the OMEP Asia Pacific Regional Conference 2017 Conference Dinner to be held at Gordon Wu Hall, B P International. The price for the conference dinner is HK$600 per person and includes a special tailor-made Chinese dinner menu with unlimited supply of soft drinks, orange juice and selected local beer. During the dinner there will be some entertainment and performances.

Delegates who wish to attend need to register and complete the payment online. Seats are limited and are subject to availability, if you like to participate in the conference dinner, please register well in advanced.

Vegetarian menu is available, please indicate your preference when make your reservation and payment online.

Conference Dinner Cancellation / Refund Policy

1. All cancellations made on or before 15 March 2017 (HK Time GMT +8) are entitled to refund 50% of the Conference Dinner fee.

2. Cancellation made from and after 16 March 2017 (HK Time GMT +8) will be subject to no refund.

3. Cancellation must be made in writing and emailed to secretariat@omephkcon2017.org

4. All refund will be handled after the Conference in June 2017.

Conference Dinner Cancellation / Refund Policy Due to Adverse Weather

1. When Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above OR “Black” Rainstorm is hoisted (Hong Kong Observatory: http://www.hko.gov.hk/contente.htm) on 18 May 2017 before the Conference Dinner starts, delegate(s) who decides not to attend the Conference Dinner might be eligible to apply for refund under the following policy:

Refund Policy: 1. For participant(s) who registered for Conference Dinner and is/are staying at B P International will subject to no refund(s). Participant(s) can enjoy the meal equivalent to Conference Dinner at B P International on 18 May 2017.

2. All other participant(s) that is/are not staying at B P International who registered for Conference Dinner can apply refund in writing and email to secretariat@omephkcon2017.org

3. 50% of the Conference Dinner fee will be refunded to participants.

Deadline for eligible participants for Conference Dinner refund: 1. All eligible refund applications must be made on or before 31 May 2017 (HK time GMT +8)

2. Any refund application(s) after 31 May 2017 (HK time GMT+8) will be subject to no refund(s).

3. All refunds will be handled after the Conference in June 2017.

Refund Procedure: Participant(s) must apply refund in writing and email to secretariat@omephkcon2017.org before the deadline.

2. When Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above OR “Black” Rainstorm is hoisted (Hong Kong Observatory: http://www.hko.gov.hk/contente.htm) on 18 May 2017 after Conference Dinner started. Conference Dinner will continue and subject to no refund if participant(s) decides to leave early.
